Hi-Fi rack - Motorized turntable tray 2.

As the tray started to work, it is time to create a proper controller board for.
Based on the electronics I built from Arduino UNO, CNC Shield and breadboard, I designed one, with some changes:
- Added a few additional connector, to allow me to use it for different purposes
- Changed the stepper motor controller from DRV8825 to Bigtreetech TMC2209 module. Added the possibility of the UART control
